One Foot In Heaven, One Foot On Earth
Atonement is the reparation for a wrong or injury. In religious context it is the reperation for sin. The Atonement for our sins is something that we simply could never pay, the cost is far too high. However Jesus was sent to die, to atone for our sins. He is the cement of our relationship with God. He is the bridge and pathway to a closer relationship with God.
