Always Pray & Don't Give Up 16, Prayerful Prepositions

In Christianity, there are many pre-packaged prayers. There are ones from scripture, like The Lord's Prayer. There are ones within the tradition, like The Apostles Creed. There's been much discussion over prayer throughout the history of the Church. Different traditions and denominations make it seem like their way is the only way to pray. Today, Terry takes us through a look at prayer as a whole. There is more than one way to pray, and one is by no means less correct or better than others. Praying is a large portion of how we communicate with God and He with us; communication comes in many forms.

Series Information

Terry proclaims the one Gospel through the history, research, rememberings and faith expressed in the text of the Gospel According to Luke. Jesus himself is the good news expressed by Luke. Beginning with the birth narratives unique to Luke's presentation, the good news of the Kingdom explodes into faithful view as each account, teaching, parable and event lived out and offered by Jesus, the Messiah-King, is examined the way Luke seemingly examined Jesus in his own work. Here we find a Jesus to love, a Jesus to follow, and ultimately a Jesus to worship.
