Coffeehouse & Agape Meals

How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!

The early church celebrated their relationships and sense of family. We take this pretty seriously. We frequently read of bread being broken — hospitality being shared — among the first church. Our fellowship together is marked in the same way. Though we're a "home-base" for Jesus-followers, one of the great benefits of our gathering together in one place is that our ability to share with and serve one another increases, and our love for one another grows (Galatians 6:10). The best way to connect with other believers at Countryside is to just show up. Anyone can remain isolated if they're the last one in the door, and the first one out after the ‘amen' at the end of a service. There are a variety of gatherings, at a variety of times during the week, that nurture our relationships and our love for one another.

The coffeehouse is always open before and after services. Our weekly mid-week meals, Sunday morning breakfasts, the Garden Sacrifices BBQs during the summer, First Day Feasts, Fat Sunday, celebrations during Holy Week before Easter, Pentecost, Christ Our King Sunday and the Jesus Feasts are great places to connect with people. Our small-group home fellowships may be the single best way to get to know people, and the heart of the Lord at the Fellowship. Other small groups include at various times Bible studies for men, Bible studies for women, and groups for middle and high school students. Then, of course, Countryside also has many opportunities to serve the Lord and the Body. Talk to one of the ministry leaders to find out what opportunities are available.
