Peace to this House
Every one is searching for peace in our modern world. Whether it be peace of mind or inner peace. There are countless self help books dedicated to helping one find their own inner peace or any other form of peace. As Christians we are offered a deeper peace than anything we could ever find in any amount of books or an endless amount of self meditation. This morning Terry takes us through the concept of Shalom. Shalom is the very peace that pours from the presence of God, it is deeper and wider than we could ever fathom. As Christians we can partake in this peace as well as invite others into that peace, the peace of God.

Terry proclaims the one Gospel through the history, research, rememberings and faith expressed in the text of the Gospel According to Luke. Jesus himself is the good news expressed by Luke. Beginning with the birth narratives unique to Luke's presentation, the good news of the Kingdom explodes into faithful view as each account, teaching, parable and event lived out and offered by Jesus, the Messiah-King, is examined the way Luke seemingly examined Jesus in his own work. Here we find a Jesus to love, a Jesus to follow, and ultimately a Jesus to worship.
